Built by architects at the IBI Group and Henderson Development in 2011, the Centro Condos at 190 Borough Drive and 25 Town Centre Court are situated right next to the Scarborough Civic Centre and in the heart of the Bendale neighborhood. The luxury high-rise residential condominium buildings include both condo apartments and townhouses. 

With 31 storeys each and 578 units in total, the Centro Condos offer convenient urban living coupled with world-class amenities for its residents. While they share certain similarities with other condo complexes in the neighborhood in terms of age, design, and layout, these buildings are newer, compared with other residential properties in the area, such as the Skyscape and Altitude buildings on Grangeway Ave. Nonetheless, the Centro Condos are highly sought-after among residential properties in the area.

Despite its more recent build, condo floor plans in both buildings are still considerably larger, compared with those found in more recently constructed condominium buildings.
