Developed as a high-rise residential condominium complex, the Gates of Guildwood I at 20 Guildwood Parkway and Gates of Guildwood II at 10 Guildwood Parkway were built in 1990 and 1991, respectively by Tridel. The spacious complex is located in Scarborough’s vibrant and family-friendly Guildwood neighbourhood, near the intersection of Kingston Road and Scarborough Golf Club Road.

Given its date of construction, condo floor plans are considerably larger in these two buildings, compared with those found in more recently constructed condo buildings.
