The Hillsborough Court Condos, which include 18 Lee Centre Drive or Hillsborough Court I and 8 Lee Centre Drive or Hillsborough Court II were built by the Lee Development Group and completed in 1996 and 1997, respectively. Situated in Scarborough’s Woburn neighbourhood, the buildings share certain similarities with other condo complexes in the neighborhood in terms of design and layout.

These buildings were also built around the same time, such as the May Tower Condo complex. For example, the units in the Hillsborough Court Condos also do not have balconies, are very spacious, and figure among some of the most sought-after residential properties in the area.

Units and Layout

The Hillsborough Court Condos offer a variety of different unit types and layouts. While 18 Lee Centre Drive has 22 storeys and 228 units, 8 Lee Centre Drive houses 21 stories and 236 units. At the time, condo floor plans were considerably larger, compared with those found in more recently constructed condominium buildings.
