The Markham Place and Markham Place II Condos were built in 2010 and 2011, respectively, by V.H.L. Developments Inc. Located next to each other in Scarborough’s Malvern neighbourhood, these condominium towers are situated near the busy intersection of Markham Road and Sheppard Avenue. 

Given its date of construction, condo floor plans are considerably larger than those found in more recently constructed condo buildings. In addition to large unit sizes, residents of the complex enjoy some great perks and amenities.
