Welcome to the May Tower Condos. The May Tower condominium complex, designed by Zeidler Partnership Architects and Page + Steele Inc., consists of two towers joined by a two-storey pedestal. The towers have no balconies, but the windows are frosted and extra large, and the complex stands out because of its distinctive gold coloured roof. May Tower I was completed in 1999 and has 17 storeys and 261 units, while its sister building—May Tower II—was completed in 2001 and has 24 storeys and 271 units. The building figures among some of the most sought-after residential properties in the neighbourhood.
Units and Layout
The May Towers were completed in 1999 and 2001 and offer a variety of different unit types and layouts. At the time, condo floor plans were considerably larger than those found in more recently constructed condo buildings. In addition to large unit sizes, residents of the complex enjoy some great perks and amenities.
Residential units start from level 3. The unit sizes range from 580 to 1300 square feet, with many different layouts and exposures. The price per square foot currently averages at $695 for Tower I and $755 for Tower II, which is much lower than what most new condo buildings have to offer. There are 1BR+1WR units all the way up to 2BR+1+2WR units.
The units are well-lit with modern finishes, including open-concept kitchens and large, bright windows. A few units offer views of the lake. A one-bedroom condo is priced at around $560,000, and a two-bedroom condo can be up to $749,000.

Pets
Allowed with restrictions. As per the May Tower Complex website, the following rules and regulations apply if you are a pet owner:
No owner or occupant of any residential unit shall maintain, keep or shelter any animal, livestock or fowl therein other than a household pet as herein defined. For the purpose of this restriction upon the use and occupation of residential units, the term “household pet” shall mean a caged bird, aquarium fish, one (1) domestic cat or one (I) dog not exceeding forty (40) pounds in weight with the sole exception of a guide dog within the meaning of the Blind Person's Rights Act of Ontario which guide dog may exceed such weight limit, and unless any such household pet becomes a nuisance and causes unreasonable interference with the use and enjoyment by owners of other residential units and the common elements, in which event the Corporation may require the pet owner to permanently remove such pet from the property upon two (2) weeks written notice.
